We sat outside at a sufficient distance from the other tables. Food and ambience were okay.

The restaurant is really very tastefully decorated. No cheap decoration, instead the colors were really very harmoniously coordinated. Not only the nice restaurant staff was the absolute hit during my visit, but also the good flair. My friend and I loved the selection of drinks! I can the restaurant really recommend!

In a beautiful outdoor area you can enjoy the flair of Potsdam's city center.

My husband and I go to Cancello regularly when we are in Potsdam and we love the food and the atmosphere every time. The service is also very friendly and courteous!

There is actually nothing to complain about. My pizza was really delicious. Crunchy and thin base. In the case of my friend's salami pizza, you could have pointed out that it is not the usual salami, but a really Italian one. But that's complaining at a high level. Price performance completely okay. Service was good too.

Enjoyed a very relaxed evening: nice and attentive service. Food very good. No long waiting times. Gladly again.

First impression: nice location, friendly service, good food. Second impression: Many missing drinks (e.g. only one type of red wine and then only in a 2-liter bottle), dark inside and like in a storage room. Way to the toilet pitch black. From 21h clear tidying up and no more service, no candles on the table etc. We found it very nice at the beginning, then we felt compelled to leave. PS We were eight people and took all three courses.

I find the inn irrelevant for all kinds of events, whether with a colleague, acquaintance or clan; ). My husband and I also think the prices are completely ok. Try that good cuisine, there is something for everyone on the menu in the guideline. Really quick and nice service. I think that all the local staff did a harmonious job there.

Good Italian restaurant located inside the barbican. Service is good and staff helpful, although, they do not speak English. But they do speak Italian :) Good cost/benefit, and food is great.

Eat well, shop pretty. Was there twice with different ladies, but both times I and my companion noticed that the waiter started to flirt. Overall, we were allowed to hear waiters chatting for almost ten minutes today. This is really a NoGo. Otherwise a good shop.

Pizza for 6.50 euros! Unique. Unfortunately the salami on the pizza was very spicy. Otherwise the pizza and dessert were very tasty and the service was very nice.

After our third visit to this restaurant, to which we invited relatives, we were disappointed. There was no food on the menu. The coffee machine had been broken for a week. Alternative offers were not made. A children's meal was served, although there are no children's meals on the menu with the words "let's see if the cook does it". It was all about pasta with tomato sauce. The toilet for women was clogged with paper, the washing facilities dirty. Since we were not in a train station pub, very disappointing. The quality of the food, good.

It is always nice and we had a wonderful evening here. Surely I'm here with my relatives and can count on being looked after exemplary. The table decoration on the tables and throughout the restaurant is adequate and tasteful. The toilets are constantly clean and all in all, the restaurant gives a charming impression. Try that unique cuisine, there is usually something for everyone on the menu.

Great pizza, but also everything else we liked, it was my fifth visit. At the weekend, a reservation is recommended. It is nice to eat outside and watch the bustle.

What a good Italian restaurant with courteous, extremely nice waitresses who care for the well-being of the guests. We spent a fantastic evening here and even though was closing time, we were still friendly. It felt really good. The food was delicious. Thank you for the lovely evening. Keep it up. And next time the "splinter group" likes to visit you again.

It is very nice, there are outdoor and indoor seating (see pictures). The condition is very nice. There is also a large selection of food, mainly pizza. The pizzas are only one size and since this is very generous, you should bring a lot of hunger. The food itself is very good. So I can only recommend it.

No tablecloth on the table. The food was OK, but unfortunately nothing special. There could be more pasta, instead of 2 pages of pizza. Everything is OK.

Very nice location, but service and quality disappointed. Penne arrabiata: Nice and spicy, sugo, however, very watery, quality satisfactory. Pizza with shrimps: dough very good, shrimp were not quite fresh Pizza with arugula and prosciutto was good. Service: Wortreich, eloquent and also funny, but not attentive and present. The toilets were (very early in the day) very dirty. Of course, the culprits are the customers, but somebody could look it up from time to time ...

Great atmosphere in the middle of the Nauener Tor, very friendly and pleasant boss - the staff was also very attentive. The food was very, very good ? The selection on the menu is rather exquisite and not overcrowded, the € prices are reasonable and not as overpriced as in some restaurants in the area. We had a huge pizza and delicious pasta - a fruity wine rounded off the evening and the meal perfectly. Definitely worth a visit and above all a meal! ❤️??

Small but fine Italian restaurant directly at / in the Nauener Tor. Staff friendly and accommodating. Prices are good. Restaurant is definitely recommended.

We had a lovely dinner, we ordered a pizza and a pasta with fresh asparagus. Price-quality ratio I would give this a five star rating. Bonus: Friendly staff!

Great setting by the gate if you're sitting outside. One pizza was amazing, with loads of topping and nicely cooked, and one was undercooked with hardly any topping. What gives? Anyway the good pizza was mine so I'm not complaining. Friendly service (they speak good English) and a good price. Perfect for a sunny evening!
